Griffin Wrecking Co., Inc., a leading demolition specialist in the country, is expanding its team and seeking experienced Torch Cutters/Skilled Laborers who are willing to travel throughout Florida and beyond. Responsibilities
- Torch cut steel in a high production setting on demolition sites within the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Sectors.
- Safely and correctly use and maintain tools and equipment.
- Operate skid steers, man lifts, forklifts, and other small equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks and follow the direction of a site supervisor to complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Scrap Burning/Torch Cutting experience is required.
- Working knowledge of various power and hand tools.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and regular travel are required.
- Must be able to pass a background test and drug screening.
- Must be clean-shaven and medically capable of wearing a half-faced respirator.
