We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and are eager to learn about the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Perform physical labor such as lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and moving equipment.
• Help with the installation of structures, including framing, drywall, or roofing as directed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
• A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
