As the business process analyst/trainer, you play an important role in helping us fulfill this mission by developing operational workflows to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and DHA policies and procedures, as well as train staff, work with departments to establish business process improvements, and create step-by-step procedures for improving DHA systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Train staff on proper utilization of Yardi Voyager software and related programs, and operations.
- Monitor operations to ensure programming generates accurate and accessible data and achieves tactical goals and outcomes.
- Create system workflows, supporting documentation and written procedures.
- Design and implement tech-based programs to automate routine processes.
- Gain super-user access for DHA's software platforms
- Analyze application software for performance issues and determine resolutions.
- Provides detailed instructions to establish "on-the-job" training resources on processes and analyzes/trains staff on DHA software technology updates.
- Create/update standard operating procedures for DHA housing program operations.
- Train staff on proper utilization of Yardi Voyager software and related programs, and basic organizational structures.

- Knowledge of DHA organization, operations, policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in workflow analysis and internal control procedures and standards.
- Understanding of computer hardware and software use, installation, configuration and testing.
- Knowledge of security systems procedures and access controls.
- Understanding of telecommunications equipment and peripheral devices.
- Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and training.
- Ability to install, configure and test system and application level software and upgrades.
- Ability to analyze hardware and software related malfunctions and determine effective solutions.
- Ability to operate and maintain computer/communication systems and related peripheral equipment and devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or Business, or a related field
- Two (2) years of process analysis and improvement
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
