We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This position requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely payment of all accounts payable transactions.
- Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries related to accounts payable.
- Prepare and maintain Utility trackers.
- Maintain organized documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Utilize software such as Appfolio
Experience
- Proven experience in an accounts payable or accounting role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
