BIG PICTURE :
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Development Producer to help drive our creative expansion into new content areas. These will range from new scripted genres on YouTube to unscripted formats for TikTok to podcasts. This is a ground floor opportunity to help shape the creative direction of Dhar Mann Studios, ensuring that our stories continue to captivate, inspire, and impact our global audience. The ideal candidate will have recent scale success on YouTube, a deep understanding of the digital content landscape, a passion for storytelling, solid scripted experience and the ability to handle development and production from research to pilot execution.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME :
- Manage a development and production process from idea to final pitch, including research, ideation, creating formats, writing decks and bibles, outlining beat sheets and scripts, producing pilots, and tracking metrics.
- Monitor trends, competitive landscape, best practices, platform dynamics, audience feedback and analytics to continuously refine and improve success primarily on YouTube.
- Design and oversee a high-volume, high-quality development process for a YouTube driven environment, ensuring effective management of multiple projects at various stages of development.
- Source new innovative ideas, talent, and IP for development.
- Conduct research and analysis to support development and decision-making.
- Lead creative on new platform projects such as podcasts, short form and live tours.
- Ensure that all projects are creatively aligned with Dhar Mann Studios vision and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to maximize audience reach for each project.
