Job Purpose & Summary:
System High has a sole-source contract to provide inventory logistics management, classified equipment sanitization, and paper destruction services. The business operations specialist coordinates with customers and collaborates with team leads to schedule resources and perform business operations. They coordinate with the customer on scheduling dates, perform travel planning, review vendor invoices, review team expense reports, prepare project documentation. The specialist contributes to project success by ensuring the daily operations and processes run efficiently and effectively and in alignment with Site/Project SOP. This position is a non-supervisory position.

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Coordinate with the customer on scheduling dates
- Assist with inventory assessments
- Prepare project closeout documentation IAW contract deliverables
- Review vendor invoices for approval
- Review team expense reports for approval
- Consultant oversight (interview, paperwork management, and onboarding) Provide feedback and communication to DPM's with daily/weekly/monthly task completion
Qualifications/Skills
- Knowledge of the NISPOM and other related security regulations
- Knowledge of IT asset components and how pieces fit together
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills; demonstrating an ability to communicate, interact easily and effectively with a wide variety of individuals and echelons in both written and verbal forms
- Manage and maintain detailed information and documentation
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to learn database management
- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask Available to work before/after typical office hours

- 3 years minimum office environment management experience Minimum of HS diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred
