We are looking for skilled Field Technicians to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical telecommunications systems and ensuring seamless operations at a high-profile location. What You'll Do:

In this role, you will:

• Provide hands-on end-user support to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Handle the installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of telecommunications systems, equipment, and cabling.

• Assist with asset management for on-site devices to maintain accurate records and inventory.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

• A current CompTIA Security certification (or equivalent DOD baseline certification).

• Experience working with Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM). Ideally with the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot CUCM.

• 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, PCs, and related devices. A Bachelor's Degree can substitute for 5 years experience.

• Interim Secret clearance or higher

• A solid IT education (preferred but not required).

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
