The Opportunity:
CACI's Digital Solutions Business Unit is seeking a Technical Writer in support of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the MyNavy HR enterprise (OPNAV N16), who is responsible for executing the development and sustainment of all information technology (IT) capabilities supporting OPNAV N1.
Responsibilities of the CIO include oversight of Deputy CIOs at the Echelon II/III level for the Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS)/Navy Personnel Command (NPC), Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), and Navy Recruiting Command (NRC). The CIO ensures that IT architecture, solutions, data, and operational performance efficiently meets the evolving mission and business needs across the entire MyNavy HR enterprise.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for producing, proof-reading, editing, and formatting technical documentation to include design specifications, manuals, on-line help, procedures, plans, and proposals.
- Work product also includes editing and formatting information for consumption through various media channels including printed materials, scripted voice content, email, websites, and other electronic access points.
- The incumbent is also responsible for gathering information, interviewing subject matter experts, and conducting other various research in order to convey technical material in a concise and effective manner.
Additionally, this role will:
- Support MyNavy HR functional data management, data governance, business intelligence and analytics activities.
- Contribute to identifying relevant data security requirements, defining data security policy and standards, assess current security risks and implementing controls and procedures.
- Plan, analyze, develop, and design data integration and interoperability solutions.
- Plan, implement, and control activities necessary to store, protect, and access data found within electronic files and physical records including graphics and images (e.g. scanned service record documents).
- Directly support three managers, to provide expertise and guidance to a team of over forty data analysts.
