Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Develops and delivers specialized training programs for personnel, applying subject matter expertise to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
- Identifies training needs by consulting with stakeholders, analyzing skill gaps, and customizing training materials to meet specific organizational and individual requirements.
- Designs comprehensive training curricula, including content, exercises, and assessments, that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Delivers engaging and informative training sessions, utilizing diverse instructional methods such as hands-on exercises, lectures, group discussions, and multimedia tools. Assesses the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, making adjustments to content or methods when needed.
- Provides ongoing support to trainees by answering questions, clarifying concepts, and offering additional resources to help improve their learning experience.
- Collaborates with leadership and subject matter experts to incorporate the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices into training content.
- Develops and maintains training materials, documentation, and resources to ensure they remain current, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinates with internal teams to organize, schedule, and manage training sessions, optimizing logistics and resources for successful outcomes. Provides mentorship and guidance to junior trainers, supporting their professional development by offering coaching and feedback.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years experience in related field.
- Possess a valid U.S. state vehicle operator's license.
- Certification: IAM Level 2 or higher.
