We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in managing housekeeping operations through technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with housekeeping management systems, regardless of the system being integrated into a PMS or not. This role focuses on optimizing task distribution, resource allocation, and overall operational efficiency for our housekeeping crew. A great candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has a strong understanding of how to streamline housekeeping workflows within a hotel or STR environment.
Responsibilities and duties :
Supervise housekeeping operations using technology to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and allocate resources effectively using our housekeeping management system.
Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement through better use of technology and other operational processes
Train and guide housekeeping teams on the use of tools and systems to optimize daily operations.
Ensure that housekeeping tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for enhancing productivity and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Proven hands-on experience with housekeeping operating technologies.
Strong understanding of task assignment and resource management within a hotel or STR environment.
Excellent communication skills to share insights clearly and effectively.
Prior experience in a housekeeping management or supervisory role is required.
