We’re hiring an onsite sales professional with experience in high-ticket, relationship-based sales. Ideal candidates have a background in industries like car sales or solar sales, where closing deals requires rapport-building and negotiation.
This role requires persistence, confidence, and the ability to handle objections while negotiating directly with homeowners and realtors.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to homeowners and realtors
- Negotiate and acquire properties at a discount
- Build and manage relationships with property owners
- Analyze property values using market comps
- Follow up consistently with leads to close deals

What We Need From You:
✅ High-ticket sales experience (car sales, solar, real estate, insurance, etc.)
✅ Onsite presence in Tysons, VA (100% in-office role)
✅ Strong phone skills (ability to engage and close deals over the phone)
✅ Self-motivated and coachable (we provide training, but you must put in the work)
✅ Ability to handle rejection and keep closing
