Main Purpose of Job
To carry out general financial accounting, HR, and administrative duties to help the company achieve its financial and business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day control of all accounting systems to ensure the complete and accurate processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedures.
- Supervise staff members to ensure that they are appropriately trained and carry out their responsibilities effectively.
- Prepare and manage the month-end closing process for the company and subsidiaries.
- Maintain reliable and accurate accounting records for the company and produce management accounts as necessary to facilitate the effective management of the company.
- Carry out reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure that all accounting records for the company and subsidiaries are accurate.
- Prepare payrolls and update the companys HR system to carry out administrative duties.
- Follow up with government departments and other key contacts to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations.
