- Develop and implement innovative fast casual concepts.
- Collaborate with teams to operationalize ideas.
- Localize new restaurant concepts including menu and service models.
2) Standardizing Operations :
Create and implement SOPs for consistency and quality.Develop scalable systems and processes.Monitor performance and optimize operations using datadriven decisions.3)Strategic Leadership :
Lead stores and internal teams to achieve business goals.Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Mentor and develop highperforming teams.4)Business Planning and Development :
Develop strategies to expand CJ Foodvilles market presence.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with senior leadership on business goals.5)Marketing and Sales Management :
Develop strategies with the marketing team to enhance brand image.Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional materials.Conduct sales meetings generate leads and close deals.Attend trade shows and network across North America.Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or related field.Minimum 7 years of multiunit restaurant leadership experience.Strong experience in business and franchise development.Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of market analysis financial modeling and business planning.Collaborative approach with stakeholders.F&B industry experience preferred.Skills :
