Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Qualification :
Evaluate and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria
Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs challenges and alignment with company offerings
Ensure all clients and prospects have an exceptional experience from their first interaction with company
Lead Nurturing and Selling :
Build strong relationships with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Deliver engaging and professional presentations via phone email and LinkedIn
Prospecting MultiThreading & Business Development :
Research target companies to understand organizational structures and decisionmaking processes.
Identify additional stakeholders to expand engagement and build familiarity with company
Administrative & Collaboration :
Provide detailed insights and notes in Salesforce to facilitate continued success.
Maintain impeccable records of all interactions and updates in CRM
Work closely with Account Management team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a similar role such as BDR SDR or inside sales preferably in a premium B2B environment.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage professionally with Csuite executives and senior leaders.
Proficiency in Salesforce is a must including maintaining accurate records and leveraging CRM tools effectively.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must.
Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Experience in conducting research on companies and industries to inform multithreaded sales strategies a plus.
A selfstarter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A passion for professional development and an interest in companys mission of empowering business leaders.
