We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Delivery
Verification Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and acquiring proof of deliveries to ensure accurate and timely
documentation. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in logistics and operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Verify delivery records against system entries to ensure accuracy. Communicate with delivery personnel and customers to obtain proof of delivery (POD) documentation.
Maintain organized records of all verified deliveries.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to delivery confirmations.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes for tracking and
verifying deliveries.
Provide support to management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in logistics or customer service is a plus, but not
