Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Mobile App Launch : Oversee the execution and implementation of the new mobile application, working closely with the analyst and technical manager to monitor and evaluate app performance.
- Program Management : Define program success metrics, develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, and allocate resources. Proactively identify risks and escalate challenges to leadership, providing actionable solutions.
- Strategy Development : Devise a data-driven strategy to improve customer experience and drive retention, frequency, and acquisition. Ensure alignment of program objectives with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and leadership to ensure program objectives are met and continuously optimized for performance.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for all program- related activities, regularly updating stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement : Implement mechanisms for continuous improvement, and prioritize new capabilities for the program, and manage the product backlog to ensure ongoing program development.
