Responsibilities :
- Manage laborers and assist project managers at job sites daily.
- Read and understand plans, specifications, and other construction documents.
- Define project scope and identify project resources required for projects.
- Prepare preconstruction documents.
- Assist project managers in developing project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance plans.
- Plan and supervise day-to-day job site activities.
- Communicate project scope with foremen.
- Act as the main point of contact for the project.
