Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, maintaining records, and inventory control.
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring that all materials are available when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to rig equipment for various projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Support the militarization of equipment by following established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge is preferred, with the ability to understand and operate various tools and equipment.
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with rigging processes and militarization procedures is a plus.
