We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of both low voltage systems and advanced telecommunications technologies, including 4G/LTE and 5G networks. The Operator will work in various field locations, performing essential tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
- Operate and maintain telecommunications equipment, including rigs and voltmeters.
- Perform installations and upgrades for low voltage systems.
- Conduct field service tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Climb towers and structures as necessary to complete installations or repairs.
- Utilize welding skills for equipment maintenance and installation.
- Telecommunicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and report issues.
- Troubleshoot problems with 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks to ensure seamless operation.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of equipment status.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating telecommunications equipment.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems is essential.
- Ability to climb heights safely and perform physical labor as required.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools.
- Experience in field service roles within the telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Understanding of 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
