Key Responsibilities:
- Create production workflows, conduct quality control checks, and maintain inventory of paper and packaging materials
- Understand all design and print services to translate client requirements into final products
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Modify existing designs in Adobe Creative Suite and utilize EFI Fiery Impose for print production
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a print shop preferred
- Strong background in customer service and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
