ABOUT THE ROLE
This full-time position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You'll start work directly from home, traveling to job sites without needing to report to a central location.
As a Mobile Home Maintenance Tech, you'll be performing essential repairs on existing mobile home foundation systems, retrofitting as needed, and leveling homes to ensure they are safe and comfortable. Your focus will be on client satisfaction, completing tasks efficiently and with precision. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional tasks assigned by the project manager, keeping your days diverse and engaging.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :
- 3 years of experience in the mobile home industry
- Willingness to work under homes and in tight spaces for extended periods
- Own tools and a reliable truck with a good driving record
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
