About the team :
As part of our Sourcing Services and Contract Talent Solutions team, you will be a front-facing resource to help grow these revenue-generating business ventures within DHI Group.
About the role :
As Director of Technology Recruiting / Contract Talent Solutions , you will lead and inspire a growing team of tech recruiters to drive recruiting excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and success of our Sales team. The DHI tech staffing team facilitates RPO, staffing and contract hiring solutions. This is a leadership position that combines strategic oversight, hands-on recruitment expertise, and team development to meet and exceed business goals. As a part of a collaborative and learning culture, you will be required to come into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the last Thursday of each month. You will have the opportunity to grow what is effectively a start-up within a larger, highly profitable company. We intend to grow this division as fast as you are capable of doing so.

Once hired, you will start by :
- Completing our comprehensive onboarding / training program so you have the knowledge of our two brand's products, services, and value propositions and the tools and support needed to close your deals
- Participate in regular bi-weekly Sales Enablement training sessions (you'll also find a massive library of content, insights, and techniques needed to accelerate your performance)
- Familiarize yourself with competitive intelligence and learn how to overcome objections from our clients with targeted talk tracks
- Connecting with your team and your key EOR partners, MyBasePay and Equillium.

Denver pay range : Base salary / pay plus commissions at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
