The Applied Data Science & AI team plays a critical role in the brand differentiation strategy, using deep knowledge of the technology job market to produce best-in-class classification and matching models that technologists and recruiters trust.
About the role :
As the Manager, Data Science you will lead a cross-discipline team with expertise in machine learning, machine learning operations, ontology, and data science to apply machine learning (ML) and other data science related techniques to improve user experiences and decision making. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for shaping the team, providing guidance on career growth, mentoring, designing ML algorithms and architecture and influencing our product vision.

- Assess the current ML / AI practices, development processes, and team dynamics to identify quick wins and areas for improvement

- Partner with product and business stakeholders to prioritize a roadmap of high-impact ML / AI initiatives that can be delivered in short, valuable increments
- Drive the successful delivery of incremental ML / AI product features that demonstrate immediate customer value and business impact

Remote (US-only) pay range : Base salary / pay per year, plus 15% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. $180,000—$210,000 USD
