DHL currently has an exciting opportunity available for aData Analytics Intern. If you have a passion for taking a creative approach to developing innovative processes & tools, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Intern will take care of two projects:
• First one will be to develop a Mentoring Online Tool to automate our Mentoring process and facilitate the matches between Mentors and Mentees
• Second one, the intern will have the responsibility to partner with our Marketing team to create a DHL Webpage dedicated to recruit college recruits and interns
• Benchmarking HR processes to drive ideation and creation
• Current and future process mapping
• Business requirements gathering, quality assurance and user interface testing
• Collaboration with HR professionals, leaders and vendors
• Development of communication and instructional resources
  
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education path for BS/BA in related field
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Access, Word)
• Understanding of project management methodology preferred but not required
• Ability to cull, manipulate, and standardize data and proficiency in one or more of the following:Access(queries and macros),Excel(formulas and macros),SQL(SSRS - data visualizations, SSMS - data modeling, SSIS - ETL management) and/orPower BI
