Responsibilities
This role primarily manages the APAC CEO Office for DHL Supply Chain, driving the APAC Management Board’s (APMB) business agenda and its related activities and engagements. The incumbent will also lead or coordinate strategic initiatives, including support for Strategy 2030 and other projects.
In addition, this role also supports the Head of ESG APAC, Taiwan and China Rep Office in progressing regional Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) initiatives aligned with global directive, whilst program managing the ESG agenda for the region.
Lastly, the role will also be closely involved in the development of the growth agenda for Taiwan and China.
1) Management of CEO Office
- Design and prioritize APAC CEO agenda and engagements, including coordinating and aligning required input for CEO’s engagements e.g. customers, conferences etc.
- Develop the APAC CEO’s communications agenda in close partnership with Corporate Comms and various other relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning and execution of DSC APAC Management Board (APMB) meetings and reviews.
- Deliver follow-ups on action items and ensure they are executed efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO's office and internal departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Act as overall advisor to APAC CEO and APMB.
- Lead strategic projects in the region as required, including providing decision support to DSC APAC CEO through data gathering, information analysis, making recommendations, and stakeholder management.
