As a Senior HR Project Manager at DHL Express, you will lead the transformation of HR processes, introducing innovative systems and inspiring change across the organization. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to prioritize country initiatives and manage the implementation and change management of new systems and processes. Your role will be pivotal in driving projects from concept to execution in support of our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery : Manage and deliver moderate to complex HR projects, often representing cross-functional initiatives.
- Project Governance : Establish and facilitate project governance, developing detailed plans and tracking progress using agreed tools.
- Strategic Partnership : Develop authentic relationships and influence across stakeholder groups, acting as a strategic partner.
- Collaboration : Work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to align business processes and maintain effective communication.
- Resource Management : Source and manage internal and external resources to ensure project delivery.
- Data Interpretation : Analyze and interpret data to create project documents, presentations, and dashboards, ensuring data-driven storytelling.
- Quality Assurance : Facilitate quality assurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory, and corporate requirements.
