  Position: 2nd Shift INVENTROL CONTROL CLERK
• Shift: 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 3:00PM - 11:00PM
• Pay: $20.35 $1.00 Shift Differential = $21.35

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills: Maintain Inventory Records; Use Forklift (Stand Up Preferred), Coordinate Physical Inventory Procedures, Knowledge of Inventory WMS; Ability to lift/move equipment/product which may weigh up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift. Report to the Operations Supervisor and to receive instructions from the Operations Supervisor.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
