DHL Express is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our Retail Sales team in a full-time capacity. This inside sales role focuses on driving revenue growth by supporting the onboarding and management of 1,500 multibrand partner service points, as well as branded service point locations, including owned stores, service centers, and premier partner locations. The Retail Sales Associate will collaborate closely with Field Sales Executives to ensure seamless partner onboarding and sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth and Partner Management:
- Drive retail revenue growth by supporting the onboarding and operational success of multibrand partner service points and branded service locations.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Executive team to enhance partner performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Partner Onboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process for new multibrand partner service points, ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources needed for successful integration.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on DHL Express services, operational standards, and best practices.
- Support for Branded Service Locations:
- Provide ongoing support to owned stores, service centers, and premier partner locations to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams:
- Act as the key point of contact between the inside sales function and the Field Sales Executive team.
- Share insights, strategies, and performance data to support collaborative sales efforts.
- Customer and Partner Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multibrand and branded partners to foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to address partner needs and enhance their service offerings.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track partner success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports for the Senior Manager of Retail Sales and other stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years in inside sales, retail sales, or a similar role, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or e-commerce industries
- Experience in onboarding and managing partners or clients is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset to assess performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
