- The venue located in Seal Beach, CA has expanded from 30,000 sq feet to 130,000 sq ft. within the last few years. In addition, to hosting some of the most recognized youth sports events, it will be the home for one of the nation’s most prestigious sports performance academies, beginning in Fall 2024.
- Since its inception in 2021 The SoCal Cup (SCC), a premier boys volleyball league has been a driving force in the growth of the game in southern California and nationally. SCC’s 3 marquee (showcase) tournaments are recognized as the pre-eminent competitions for boys VB in the USA and have grown by 50% year over year and attract over 80,000 attendees per event.

With the rapid growth of the enterprise the Founder & Chief Executive Officer (John Gallegos) is looking for an experienced sports professional to lead the sports group to its next successful stage and scale the enterprise.
Scope and Responsibilities
Looking for an EVP level executive to oversee the AIM Sports Group. They will be responsible for leadership and management of AIM Sports Group - driving overall growth of the company and ensuring operational excellence of the individual business units. They will oversee a team of senior executive across the enterprise to ensure the company operates efficiently and profitably, while scaling the business into new markets and tech innovations. Reporting to the Founder & CEO.
