About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, driven, and service-oriented General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of our new Hilton Spark. This is an exciting opportunity to establish a strong culture, build a high-performing team, and deliver a superior extended-stay experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial success.
- Recruit, train, and lead a guest-focused, high-energy team.
- Implement and uphold Hilton brand standards while delivering personalized service.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, revenue strategies, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Develop strong relationships with guests, team members, ownership, and corporate leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all brand policies, local laws, and safety regulations.
- Drive sales, marketing, and community outreach efforts to position the hotel as the premier choice in the market.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a limited-service or extended-stay hotel.
- Hilton experience is a significant advantage, but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on guest service and team development.
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Pre-opening or renovation experience is a plus, but not required.
