This 100% remote role provides crucial support to Account Managers in client account tasks and back-office management. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service with a strong sense of urgency in resolving member issues
• Assist Account Managers with various tasks
• Manage back-office operations, including training and accurate execution of tasks
• Handle certificates, endorsements, loss runs, MVRs, and cancellations
• Process billing inquiries and follow up on non-payment issues
• Ensure timely issuance of renewal certificates and Auto ID cards
• Maintain accurate records with strong adherence to documenting and naming standard procedures
• Utilize a strong follow-up system to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Take detailed notes and actively listen to understand client needs
• Provide backup support to team members as needed
• Assist with document communication and respond promptly to emails, calls, and mail
• Collaborate with Account Managers on account activities and potential issues
• Mentor other assistant account managers and contribute to personal and organizational development
  
  

Requirements:

• Active California Property and Casualty insurance license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry
• Construction background a plus
• Highly empathetic with strong active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Strong note-taking abilities and adherence to documentation standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong follow-up system
