What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Di An Di?
Di An Di is an independent Vietnamese American restaurant in Greenpoint and we are searching for the right individual to join our FOH team as a bartender for 4-5 shifts a week. Weekends required.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, works well with others, has a keen attention to detail, and is knowledgeable in both of our food and beverage offerings and a curiosity to learn more.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bar preparation before service
- Assist with counting of weekly beverage inventory as needed
- Coordinate with the Head Bartender or MOD on any low counts
- Preparation of drinks for service while serving guests at the bar
- Follows specs upholds Di an Di standards of cleanliness per Department of Health
- Has full knowledge on both food and beverage offerings
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar area at all times
- Deliver attentive service to bar guests
- Adheres to our values and mission
- Adhere to and uphold all restaurant standards, procedures, and policies consistently.
- Participate in training sessions focused on spirits, food, and service as needs
