Di Bruno Bros. is seeking a Website Manager who will report to our Operations Manager and oversee our highly trafficked e-commerce program, full website, and customer and web-related data. The individual will be collaborating with our teams to grow our website traffic and sales, maximize our site efficiency, and continue to evolve, streamline, and troubleshoot our online presence across multiple platforms. The job requires extra attention around big retail and food national holidays, but the goal is to achieve regular, consistent, and valuable site visits and usage year-round. A knack for website copywriting and any degree of interest in food will be considered a plus.
Job Duties
· Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring the Di Bruno Bros. website.
· Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
· Identifying and responding to any website security breaches.
· Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
· Updating HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly
· Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
· Creating appealing and appropriate website content aligned with Di Bruno Bros. strategy.
· Create strategies to grow customer base and web traffic metrics.
· Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
· Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets organizational standards.
· Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
· Manage data, pictures, and content on the site
· Coordinate regularly with leadership to launch marketing campaigns and coordinate business needs, including email campaigns
· Develop necessary website functionality to better serve our customers
· Align and suggest best practices to drive sales
· Dress and groom according to Company policy
· Regularly lift, pull, push and rotate merchandise that weights 25 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
· Complete all applicable department training programs.
· Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
· Work overtime as assigned.
· Work cooperatively with others.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
