Job Description
DiCicco, Gulman and Company (DGC) is looking for a spirited individual who thinks like an owner and is invested in DGCs growth. This role requires a creative marketing and communications mindset, most importantly being able to think about ways to create interesting thought leadership and engage in the marketplace. This position works collaboratively with the firm's management, and its partners and principals to achieve the firm's goals as outlined in the marketing and strategic plans.
Qualifications
Responsibilities of the position include :
Mentor, and grow marketing team members, currently Marketing Specialist and Marketing Assistant
DGC's marketing and brand strategy
- Plan development and execution
- Development and execution of firm's marketing plan and budget
Manage the Firm's Sales and Niche Pipeline efforts through the :
