Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be comfortable handling general office tasks and have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Performing general office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and maintaining organized records
- Providing real-time scheduling and calendar management support
- Maintaining polite and professional communication with clients, and staff
- Anticipating the needs of others to help ensure seamless and positive experiences
- Supporting the broader administrative team as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, or Portuguese is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
