resources, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage various HR functions efficiently. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR policies, and contributing to the overall success of the
department.This position will report directly to the VP of HR and will work closely with
leadership to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of HR initiatives.If you are a proactive, resourceful, and people-focused professional, we invite you to be a key contributor in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- in implementing HR policies, programs, and best practices that align with organizational goals.
- employee inquiries and concerns, provide timely and effective solutions, and resolving conflicts.
- with department leaders to provide guidance on employee performance, development, retention and disciplinary action.
- employee leaves of absence, including FMLA and other related processes.
- compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- with HR reporting, compliance, and record-keeping.
- training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.

Qualifications
- (English and Spanish) HR Professional
- degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- years of experience in HR Generalist role.
