Job Description:

• 5 years of experience gathering requirements from users:
• identifying impacted business processes
• assessing business needs
• identifying IT solution integration.
• GAP analysis
• SWOT analysis
• 5 years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including:
• wireframes or screen mockups,
• context diagrams
• benefits realization
• business process models
• workflow diagrams
• traceability matrix
• 3 years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including:
• Daily Scrum
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Grooming
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospective
• 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.
• 5 years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience writing test plans and use cases.
• Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
• Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
