Job Description:
Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking an experienced Informatica Administrator to support enterprise data analytics, integration, and governance. The candidate will manage Informatica tools suite, including installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Informatica tools such as Axon Data Governance, Enterprise Data Catalog, PowerCenter, and Data Quality
Manage Linux servers and ensure system stability, security, and performance
Automate system tasks, schedules, and deployments using Java, Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash, and SQL
Implement security vulnerability management and patching
Configure EDC and Axon, including glossaries, dashboards, and advanced scanners
Perform source-to-target data lineage mapping and data discovery
Optimize performance tuning for data-intensive systems
Support SSO configurations, IT security, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, OCI)
SKILLS MATRIX
10 years experience in enterprise data analytics, integration, and management
8 years of strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
5 years experience with Informatica administration (on-premise or hybrid)
5 years working with SQL, DML, and DLL for Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake
4 years scripting for automation (Java, Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash, SQL)
4 years of security vulnerability management and patching
2 years experience with IICS, Azure, and Windows administration
