Responsibilities : Survey technology problems and determine necessary solutions.Assist in the coordination and implementation of technology projects.Provide technical support to team members as needed.Maintain and update technology systems and databases.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Implement continuous improvement strategies for technology systems.Implement conditional logic with forms.Email marketing setup and management.Problem-solve and figure out solutions independently.Communicate effectively with team members using Slack during PST business hours.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related field.2 years of experience in a technology-related role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Google Drive, API, webhooks, and web development / WordPress.Familiarity with CRM & automation tools like Keap (CRM), Practice Better (EMR), Jotform, Zapier.Bonus : Experience with Keragon.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Detail-oriented and diligent in avoiding mistakes that could impact business operations.Ability to adapt to changing technology environments.Availability to communicate daily during PST business hours via Slack.Must have experience with integrations and automation using Zapier or similar tools.Job Details : Remote, part-time position (10-20 hours per week).Flexible schedule but must be available for communication during PST business hours.
