We are currently searching for a new, full-time member for our team for the position of :
Management Analyst, Senior
Position Requirements :
- Provide overall WL / WV Directorate support for operations for all management operations functions.
- Assist in managing all CMEs, facility management, special projects, awards, training, performance management, manpower and human resource functions.
- Shall respond to management requests to present and coordinate all recognition programs across the WL / WV Directorate.
- Represent the WL / WV Directorate with various functional area organizations to maintain the recognition program and establish, develop, and preserve effective working relationships with all customers. This support includes meeting with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, resolve problems that arise, and provide management guidance and training.
- Shall perform as the manpower POC for division and functional offices for conducting organizational and process related manpower requirements and programs

Senior Minimum Required Qualifications :
MA / MS degree, and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD.
