The positions involve understanding organizational processes and providing expert guidance to optimize systems for better performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate current computer systems, identify, inefficiencies, and recommend modifications.
- Conduct cost benefit and risk analysis for system updates and improvement.
- document requirements for workflows / operation functions or documenting integrations.
- Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to define system requirements.
- Ensure delivered systems meet business and user expectations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system specifications, processes, and updates.
- Provide ongoing support troubleshooting for system related issues.
- Perform analysis on data intake and integration needs for technical enablers and system data needs.
