The senior software developer will develop and maintain robust system level software, ensuring the performance and scalability of backend systems during the contract period. As key personnel the developer will be fully dedicated to the project objectives. Translate detailed design into computer software. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and optimize front/backend systems for project specific goals.
· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues as needed.
· Collaborate with architects to implement system improvements.

Position Requirements:
· 10 years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Java and Pega
· US citizenship
· IRS Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Badge eligible
· Be located in the DMV area
· Strong knowledge of front/backend development, Java, Pega and workflows
· Certified Pega Lead System Architect (PCLSA) or Certified Pega Senior System Architect (PCSSA).
· Proficiency in Java, Pega, and workflow-based solutions.
· Strong understanding of software development processes.
Ability to work within contract deadlines and deliverables
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
