Title: Territory Growth Specialist
Summary: The Diadem Team is growing FAST and we're looking for a driven, energetic Territory Growth Specialist to join one of the fastest growing athletic brands in the country. Territory Growth Specialists provide essential support to our Southwest Territory. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter, comfortable with making a high volume of cold calls, managing appointments, and assisting in deal closures. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for contributing to the growth of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
● Supporting retention efforts by contacting clients who have placed previous orders, introducing new product
● Supporting retention efforts by conducting calls to those who have not placed orders in 90 days
● Assisting with event coordination
●Conducting client satisfaction calls as well as providing handwritten thank you cards to clients.
●Participating in a “Monday check in” meeting with territory team and providing feedback on your last week’s progress as well as upcoming tasks.
●Coordinating call appointments for the assigned Territory.
● Focus on growing partnerships (example: proshop attendants)
● Keep an accurate record of the Client Tracker
● Identify customer needs and provide feedback to assigned BDR
● Assist with resolving shipping issues and disruptions
● Data mine and research for contacts of decision-makers as well as possible brand ambassadors
● Monitor inventory levels at vendor locations, restock items as needed, and stay updated on new SKU updates.
● Build genuine rapport with customers and prospects
● Manage and monitor Territory administration including tasks like quote management, vendor applications, and new account setup forms
● Manage high school custom apparel orders
Qualifications and Skills:
● Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for sports (tennis/pickleball preferred!)
● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly express ideas and concepts
● Active listening skills with critical thinking skills
● Strong work ethic and drive to meet goals, targets, and objectives (personal and team goals)
● Must feel confident in data-mining, connecting with decision makers, and making outbound calls
● Competent with basic computer software for business functions (office, Google suite, CRM)
Location: Pompano Beach, Florida (onsite)
Compensation: $40,000k/year plus commission
