Job Description : Integrated Business Planning Global Process Owner Location: Amsterdam Permanent Closing Date: 30/08/2023 Integrated Business Planning GPO is accountable for run, improve, and transform in Integrated Business Planning, Sales and Operations Planning/Execution and Demand Planning. This covers process, people, and digital capabilities, delivering bias and sales forecast accuracy improvement targets, all volume related analytics, and operationalizing all the learnings and insights. The role is a strategic leadership role who is the primary leader in charge of delighting our customers, every case, every day, everywhere. This role will report to Diageo’s Supply Chain & Procurement – Head of Planning and Logistics, with a key seat on their leadership team and will also work in close partnership with regional markets, categories, D&T organization, SAP S4 Hana team. Top Accountabilities: Leading the organization across the following dimensions: IBP/Demand planning capability, maturity, health assessments, Volume analytics at a group level to monitor trends and trigger actions (demand plans, commodities), Digitization (tools and data) Directly accountable for Bias, SFA. Specific expectation on the following areas: Owns volume tracking, reporting, insights, communication and actions. Clean up APO and make statistical forecasting work, Train the organization and drive the process of month-on-month reconciliation of forecast: building blocks and monthly reconciliation of deviation against previous estimate (such as market size assumption, share assumption, pricing, competitive activity, innovation, cannibalization, etc) Contributes to SLOB prevention, Owns Transformation and Excellence for S&OP, S&OE, Demand Planning, overall IBP. Drive IBP / S&OP / S&OE maturity for the markets and categories. Digitization (data clean up, tools, demand sensing SDVC, etc). Out of scope: Advanced Demand Planning tool. Support SAP 4 HANA implementation by providing inputs to the design and execution, About you To be successful in role you will have previous successful experience of having directly worked with senior business leadership. You will have experience working within progressive positions within the end to end Supply Chain function, within multiple disciplines. IBP, S&OP, S&OE, Demand Planning experience is crucial. You will be a leader that has experience of leading change across the supply chain, through value driven collaborative partnership. Proven track record in designing, shaping and implementing complex change agenda and transferring work from one location to another. Strong Analytical skills and experience in developing & implementing strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written combined with the ability to engage effectively at all levels in the organisation.
