Purpose of Role: The Revenue Growth Planning (RGP) Managers are accountable for monitoring and influencing our category and channel performance to ensure it delivers on our growth, profitability and market share ambitions. The role has responsibilities across regions, channels and brands, and covers trade investment, commercial planning, customer planning, and sales performance management. Delivery will be achieved via strong partnerships with Commercial Account Managers, Category Development, Commercial Finance, Marketing & Innovation teams. Top Accountabilities Lead category and brand sprints to define revenue and margin enhancement opportunities around pack, price, promotion, channel and embed into the commercial plans working closely with the Head of Category Development, Consumer Marketing and Head of Shopper to create consumer and customer propositions. Lead the ongoing development of Growth opportunities across 5 NRM levers through cross functional initiatives and embed into commercial plan/BPM process. Set channel/brand level guiderails on recommended price, promo calendar, assortment plans, trade terms, pack price architecture. Lead the development of best-in-class trade investment architecture and constantly seek to optimize, to minimize exposure and improve the ROI of all investments. Work closely with channel directors to improve TI efficiency. Support NRM for innovations. Ensure robust pre- and post-M&E process and methodology in place. Loop M&E learnings back to commercial & customer plans. Monitor and evaluate the execution of the commercial plan, its impact and course correct to improve execution & performance trajectory. Lead the team, build capability through trainings, collaboration with global/regional teams and best practice sharing Drive capability and understanding of NRM across the organisation.
