Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at DiagnosTechs in Federal Way, WA. The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative assistance, communication, customer service, and overall office administration tasks.
Essential Duties:
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinates and schedules conference rooms, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Maintains and orders office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Sorts and distributes mail and deliveries on a daily basis.
- Coordinate building maintenance issues with established vendors/contractors.

Education and Experience:

- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
