Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY)
Location: Multiple charter schools in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas

Position Insight:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the DAS team as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll serve multiple charter schools in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, contributing to our mission of supporting students and families in achieving positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of students and provide regular and consistent speech therapy services.
- Address compensatory backlog services and provide consultation with teachers and parents as needed.
- Complete speech evaluations and make Individualized Education Program (IEP) recommendations.
- Attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to discuss student progress.
- Maintain organized records of services provided and prepare progress reports for each student per grading period.
- Collaborate with the instructional team, parents, and external professionals to support student success.
- Follow all DAS policies, attendance guidelines, and directives from supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY status).
- Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible for CFY licensure).
- Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, special education, and human development.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Demonstrated passion for students, especially those with disabilities.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay range: $45 - $50, based on experience.
Schedule:
- Full-time position (30 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
