Responsibilities
- The technician will understand how to utilize the prescribed manufacturer specifications as outlined in the asset management system.
- The technician will adhere to and maintain punctuality according to the assigned work schedule as determined by the Supervisor.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to manage customer base effectively, prioritizing customer needs.
- Maintain frequent communication with the Supervisor to provide work order service and schedule updates.
- The technician will understand and utilize correctly the asset management system to report time, expenses and the technical documentation needed to complete work orders.
- The technician will conduct and perform a variety of services that may include, but are not limited to : Preventative Maintenance inspection, preventative maintenance management, service repairs, installation, and troubleshooting.
