Our services include MRI, CT (CAT Scan), Ultrasound, X-Ray, Nuclear Medicine, Arthrography, and Myelography. With 17 locations and growing, DICOT serves the Houston area, Dallas/Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, Beaumont, and nearby communities.

What You DO
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring information is accurate.
- Manage patient records and accounts.
- Verify referrals and authorizations.
- Confirm exam preparation.
- Schedule walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders.
- Collect copays and balance daily deposits.
- Coordinate patient transportation post-exam.
- Assist with medical records, verifications, and scheduling.
- Keep the lobby clean and organized.
- 1 year of medical/radiology office experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance (PPOs, HMOs)
- Computer skills
- Multitasking, communication, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and empathy for patients and physicians
- Fluent Spanish language skills preferred
