Front Desk/Patient Representative
Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. is looking for dedicated and caring professionals to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a career minded individual in healthcare. HOURS
Weekdays 9hr shifts, one weekday off. Rotating Saturdays 730a-12p.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently looking for an experienced front desk receptionist to provide excellent customer service at our Liberty Diagnostic Imaging Centers Clinic. Duties will include: registering patients, collecting amounts dues, confirming appointments, reviewing daily schedules, checking patient insurance and providing patient cost estimates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional communication, both in person and on the phone
- Flexible, with a willingness to float to various DIC clinics on occasion
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Independent worker
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Team player dedicated to delivering compassionate patient care
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Foster a sense of comfort and confidence to patients
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
